"Azole" drug: If you've had a vaginal yeast infection before and now have same symptoms (mostly itching, not discharge), then try an over-the-counter treatment -- choose a product with active ingredient ending in "azole", e.g. miconazole, clotrimazole, etc. If main symptom is discharge and sexually active, probably not yeast, maybe STD. If any doubt at all, you have to see a doctor about it. Good luck!
