What kind and where: You should talk to your pediatrician about it. Usually if topical anti-fungal not working, systemic medications are administered.

Anti-fungal: If the yeast infection is in the diaper area, over the counter Clotrimazole (mycelex (clotrimazole) and others) will work well. If it is an oral infection, a prescription will be necessary.
