Vulvar itching: I the vulva do not show obvious signs of abrasion from the rubbing of your thighs together, then it is probably a vaginal yeast infection. Yeast like warm moist glucose enhanced conditions as well as areas that rarely "see the light of day". Have a MD check out the are an Rx it as needed.
