I have pains on the out side of my vagina during my period like where my clitoris is. it is an achey pain.

Hormonal changes: During your period hormonal fluctuations could cause swelling and engorgement of the genitalia which can be painful. So long as things quiet down after the period stops you may consider this sort of like PMS'Ing for you. Isn't it terrible how guys go from one month to the next just wondering when the next sport season is going to start and girls have it so rough.
