Looks OK,,,: It looks like no problem with plant sterols or COQ10 as there don't seem to be any major contraindications with the use of these together. However the use of statins like the pravastatin he's on may inhibit his own COQ10 production and COQ10 use may block the action of warfarin if your father ever takes that so that would be something to keep aware of. Best of luck.

No benefit: If do not if using this supplement has risks especially for your father, however, there is no benefit from it. Therefore may advice would be not use it.
