No getting around it: Despite the inconvenience, there's no getting around it: you need to see a doctor ASAP. Although 4.5 weeks is a bit late for a complication of the gall bladder problem or surgery for it, these symptoms could be quite serious, like an abscess in your abdomen or liver. It's especially urgent if you have fever. Good luck!
