Yes, Be Concerned!: Untreated high blood pressure is also called the "silent killer' because it causes damage to the heart, kidneys & brain. Any unexplained left (or right) arm / shoulder / neck / jaw / chest discomfort should be evaluated asap, especially if heart & stroke risk factors such as high blood pressure are present. See a doctor asap (now).
