Unlikely: Unless the dose has been reduced recently I wouldn't think of withdrawal because Klonopin (clonazepam) has long half life. That being said you are on a dose equivalent to 20mg of Diazepam (Valium) twice a day. That's problematic especially with Vicodin. Be formally evaluated but with your regimen I'd suspect anxiety related autonomic dysfunction or gastritis. Talk with prescriber.
