Advise alternatives: If you have developed tolerance to Klonopin (clonazepam) it is likely the same thing will occur with a different benzo. There are many other options including different medications , relaxation techniques and psychotherapy.

Agree with Dr. Adler: There are a # of ways to address anxiety besides psychotropic medications: cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, qi gong, tai chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, yoga, exercise program or progressive muscle relaxation.Talk about feelings ; address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night.
