Unlikely but...: While exclusively breastfeeding does reduce your chances of getting pregnant by no means should it be used as your only source of birth control if your not interested in having another baby.

Less likely but no: Nursing seems to stop ovulation in some women for an unknown period of time.It is thought to be a "natural" or evolved way of spacing kids such that the first would not be deprived if another came quickly.However, ovulation is a silent process. You wouldn't know your body had resumed until menses returns and that signal would come weeks after silent ovulation.By then you could be pregnant
