Syncope : Beta blockers are commonly prescribed for vasovagal syncope. However evidence does not support effectiveness, besides if your blood pressure runs low, they may lower it further. Milrinone is a more accepted drug for this , I recommend asking your doctor whether you can use it instead of beta blockers.
