Yes, but...: Nobody knows how well a 3-month old baby sees colors. Eye doctors believe that babies can see colors pretty well by 5 months of age, but that doesn't happen suddenly. Instead, babies likely see colors better each week, as their vision systems mature. Of course, babies can't tell us what they see, so nobody knows for sure what babies see when they look around.
