Hi, my grandma is 85 and has ulcerative colitis. she had about 20 colonoscopies. is she at risk of hiv or hepatitis from all of those colonoscopies?

No: No blood products are adminstered, and there is no more risk of contamination than in a visit to the supermarket. I'm glad she's getting this important health care, and that she has you to care about her. Best wishes.
