Maybe: It is not understood how it is transmitted. We think it is mostly by respiratory droplets of nasal secretions. But it can be during birth or breast feeding. Also possibly skin to skin.

Leprosy: with leprosy you need prolonged contact with the person who has the disease in order to get tge disease
