Leprosy: Multi-drug therapy for multibacillary leprosy is usually Dapsone, Rifampicin & Clorazime. Other antibiotics can be used. Few antibiotics may be used for other forms of leprosy. Multi-drug therapy continues to be an effective treatment for leprosy.
