Possible to get job: Pigeon chest is a congenital deformity of chest wall where sternum projects out , with isolated deformity ( no associated anomalies ) they can be functional can do most of jobs , may not be eligible for strenuous jobs may not pass physicals ,like army , police , fireman etc Deformity could be corrected by surgery .
