Floating stool?: Hi, did it look like fluorescent floating fat? When you no longer have a gallbladder you may not be able to absorb fats properly and what you are describing may be fatty stool. It may have reflected the last meal you had. If it doesn't respond to a low fat diet, follow up with your internist or gastroenterologist.
