Arm tingling : at age 16, I wouldn't worry much about this. May be some simple nerve irritation in the shoulder or neck, but should be easily treated. If it persists, see your Doctor who may order physical therapy. You might consider treating it with ibuprofen as directed on the bottle.

LIKELY BENIGN: Could be you have some nerve irritation at wrist or elbow. Unlikely to be sign of any issue other than transient nerve pinching. If continues or worsens, have your doctor assess.
