Lots if help: There are treatments for both conditions that "work". If you live near a medical school with a large affiliated hospital, there are likely docs in cardiology who subspecialize in treating your problems. If not check with your local cardiologist to see who would be recommended to evaluate and treat your condition. Good luck.
