Yes: There is a synergistic effect...that is 1 plus 1 might equal 3 or 4 in terms of effects. But I think the two safe and often quite helpful together. They are just not a good long term solution.

Discuss w/ Dr: Certainly, stay very limited in your activities if you choose to do this. You'll be more drowsey and impaired in judgement and coordination. Your other conditions will matter too, so your Dr who knows your Hx is the best opinion. Be careful and watch the 24hr limit closely however you choose! I hope you feel better soon.
