Im training for my first marathon but my phn keeps acting up! what can i do to relieve the pain?

PHN keeps acting up: Where are you having PHN symptoms? What are taking either in topical form or oral form? Have you tried lidoderm patches, lidocaine gels? What about special made topical meds that can blend different analgesics together (amantadine, bupivicaine, etc.)? Oral: Gabapentin, Lyrica, (pregabalin) Topamax, Elavil,, etc? Different options depending on what you have already tried.
