How much time after delivering baby will my body realize its not pregnant no more ?

It depends : It depends on what u mean by ur body realizing it's not pregnant any more after delivery.Some changes occur immediately such as the respiratory changes.Hormone levels begin changing pretty much immediately but it takes awhile for them to stabilize.Something's never get back to the pre-pregnancy state.Ur 6 week check-up is scheduled because by that time u r pretty much back to your new normal.
