Happiness: You can live a happier life by living healthy and promoting self belief in happiness and health within yourself. Optimize your diet and exercise, practice meditation and mindfulness. Take time to think about your life and examine what your immediate, short, and long term goals are. Stay away from alcohol, tobacco, drugs. Find an MD or therapist and take Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Good luck.
