What happened?: I'm assuming the setting was a fistfight. There's one case of hepatitis C transmitted during bloody fisticuffs. So far, I haven't heard of any confirmed transmission of HIV this way, or transmission of any very serious virus by bloody spit. Please do be careful, though -- you're almost a grown man now, and fighting can have more serious consequences than in the past.
