Not really: Bystolic (nebivolol) is one of a class of drugs called beta blockers. Some other beta blockers have been used to block symptoms of anxiety such as shaking hands or excessive sweating. However they do not change the underlying emotional state. Performers have used this strategy, especially string players with tremors from stage fright. I'm not aware of Bystolic (nebivolol) being used for this purpose.
