Low: Yes that is a low blood pressure, but it depends also on how you FEEL. Are you lightheaded or dizzy? Are you taking it for blood pressure or other reason?

Not necessarily: Too low a blood pressure is really relatively, as some people tolerate lower blood pressures better than others. If you don't feel fatigued, lightheaded, dizzy, or lightheaded while going from lying down to seated or seated to standing, then it's not too concerning at all. If you do have some of these symptoms you may want to review this with your doctor.
