Need further info: Sorry you are struggling so much with very uncomfortable symptoms. It appears that in your case, one needs a thorough history of current presentation and past history. Hydroxicine and Clonazepam could be useful, except if you are suffering from a generalized anxiety disorder or an underlying depression. The treatment might require both psychotherapy and proper medication management.
