Congratulations!: Congratulations, you were still able to conceive and it wasn't an ectopic pregnancy. The miscarriages were more a genetic malfunction of the ovum then an inability for the sperm and egg to get together. If the remaining Fallopian tube ultimately closes, then In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) could be an option for you.
