See below: If you have a broken tooth and have needed antibiotics for associated infection you need to have this attended to or else you will continue getting infections and may loose your tooth. Also there is a possibility that infection could spread to other areas. If the infection has subsided you can probably wait till Thursday as it's not an emergency if your not in severe pain.

Sounds like: Sounds like you were given just enough antibiotics to give you time to get to the Dentist. Antibiotic coverage means there is an infection. Must not go untreated. Get to Dentist ASAP.
