Irritants/allergens?: Look back to determine what triggered the itch. You could be allergic to an oil , cream or garment. You may also have a pilonidal sinus (abscess around embedded hair) or hemorrhoids. Less likely but possible, you may have pinworm infestation. Check with a physician if the condition persists.
