Sternal mass: Leave it alone unless it has begun enlarging rapidly. I suspect it is one of the several benign hamartomas / developmental anomalies that can happen there and the "hypermetabolism" is marrow. You also have a right and duty to know what the old biopsy showed and what the implications are.

I was diagnosed with lupus age 22. I am now 62. Over the last year Ive developed internal tremors. It is happening more frequently and each episode is lasting longer. Does this necessarily have to fall under the diagnosis or Pd, MS, or ET?
