Two days to never: Only about half of women with gonorrhea get symptoms, most often vaginal discharge, sometimes painful urination, vaginal bleeding (often after sex), abdominal pain, others. Usually symptoms start after 2-14 days, but it can take months, and almost half get no symptoms at all. So you can't rely on symptoms.
