I have 24/7 headache in forehead. dr said tension. mri was clean. i sleep with fan in my face all night. could it be the cause or making worse?

Persistent headache : Does it occur in cold weather too? Does it go away with tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen? Do you have stuffy nose or nasal allergies? Is your B/P ok, did have an eye exam lately? I don't think the fan has anything to do with it. Try to sleep without the fan one night & see what happens may be it dry your nasal mucosa, use aline nose drops before bed time. If they persisted consult a neurologist . Good luck
