Doubtful: There are 2 arteries in the foot that we check- one is on top of the foot and the other is behind the inner ankle bone. Even in normal people these pulses may be somewhat less than forceful. Good pulses in the groin and behind the knee, no symptoms on walking and no risk factors are evidence against PAD in your case. Check again on your next physical.
