A member asked:

What can i do to heal a cute under my eyelash if i shouldn't use neosporin?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sometimes nothing: Neosporin might keep a cut from being infected but does not promote healing. If the cut is clean, and there is no swelling or pain, and the edges are together (tape might help) , then don't worry about neosporin. It will heal in those circumstances as fast as if you used neosporin.
