Normal values: In my lab a potassium above 3.5 is normal. Check with your doctor what number is acceptable in your lab, likely similar. All the best.

Rpt labs: If you have no medical issues and are not on any medication I would simply rpt the labs. You K is low normal based on labs done here. If the rpt labs show low k then work up needs to be done. Also assuming you are not taking meds.
