Test, test and test: Only way to know for sure is to check a pregnancy test. They are widely available. In addition PCOs patients shouldn't go more than 3 months without at least a provera (medroxyprogesterone) withdrawal. You are at risk of endometrial cancer down the road from all the unopposed estrogen of not ovulating regularly. So either way, its time to see your GYN.

Take a test: If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.
