Most likely: it is due to anesthetic medications used not feel pain , effect of medications will wear off few hrs to a day or so , don't worry you will be fine.

Follow up: Mild transient discomfort or pain may be acceptable but any substantial or long-lasting pain requires a follow up with your endoscopist
