Here are some...: The nerve fibers of iliohogastric, ilioinguinal, and genital branch of genitofemoral nerve are visible along their coursing spermatic cord, and can be dissected and deflected to avoid their injury, but the fibers distal to external inguinal ring would not practically be seen. Nonetheless, the sensation of scrotum would not be affected. So, why do you ask this question? More? Check with Surgeon.
