Head pains: Sharp,shooting pains in the head while shouting May be due to scalp muscle contraction and/or superficial scalp nerve compression. Unless you are having frequent headaches,these don't sound serious and would not be brain related. A neurologist is best qualified to advise you if you have further concerns.
