Having constant flank pain with msk in both kidneys and renal colic almost every day where it has stopped me from working.

Pain : Renal colic is a terrible pain to suffer. Have you had any imaging done to look for stones and or cause. Passing a stone can cause pain to move from the back all the way to the front and near the urethral opening. A good physical exam and history is needed and suggest see your MD. Best of luck
