Abscess?: You may have an abscess inside of your nose. Best to see an ENT and get examined.

NOSE PIERCING LUMP: IT IS NOT UNUSUAL TO HAVE A SMALL CYST FOLLOWING A SKIN PIERCING. YOUR PCP OR A DERMATOLOGIST COULD PROBABLY GET RID OF FOR YOU.

Nose piercing: the lump could be some early scar tissue developing. If things progress have it evaluated by a board certified otolaryngologist
