Not from eating: abnormal lab tests are not from eating. Ask PCP To look for the cause. Also see what meds you are taking and see if it is from medicines. Check with pharmacist. It is not from allergy injections

This is serious: This isn't from lunch or allergy shots. Your physician will probably repeat it off meds and alcohol. If it's still up, a serious workup for hepatitis, NASH, hemochromatosis and a few others is in order.

Need more info: What were the actual values of ALT and AST. Alk phos of 195 by itself is not that dangerous. Small intestine makes alk phase and releases it into blood. All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your tests need to repeated after an overnight fast.
