Go see Dermatologist: Almost 10 years? That means you started having acne at 9yo? Anyway, dermatologists specialize in skin disorders. You didn't mention which medications you've taken & failed. You didn't mention what doses & for how long you took each one. Therefore, it's impossible to give you any specific advice. Acne scars: You now know the answer lots of treatments improve acne outbreaks and scars but there no cure for severe acne or severe scarring only many methods with mixed improvement don't give keep going to qualified caregivers.
