Concussion?: You may have a concussion. A lung bruise an broken ribs are also possible. I have seen this become serious a few days after the injury. I would strongly consider seeking medical attention today. Hope this helps!

See therapist: Agree with Dr. Earle you should seek immediate care for your injuries. Concerned you walked away from being beaten and didn't go to ER right away. If you are afraid to get help because of circumstances re the assault, you need to find out what that's about. You may be in an abuse situation, using drugs or putting yourself at risk needlessly. Please see a mental health professional for guidance.

Be seen: If you had a significant trauma, as you had, you would definitely need to be seen and fully evaluated. There are even cases in which people can have a subdural hematoma after an assault that can present in a delayed fashion and potentially be deadly. Be seen.
