Probably so!: Yes, if you had a normal ultrasound, then you do have an epididymis. Since it's coiled and loopy, it can feel lumpy. If you go to Wikipedia and search "epididyus" (yes, you did spell that correctly), you can view a cross section of the testicle and its adjacent structures. Then, you'll be able to "see" what you "feel." Unless you notice pain, swelling or discoloration, no worries!
