Pregnancy/Breasts: It is most likely that your breasts have enlarged due to pregnancy and that you have not changed either your bra or shirt size to keep up. This is very common. Doubtful you have orange peel skin, a sign of advance breast cancer. However, at next OB visit discuss with your Doctor. In the meantime get fitted for a new bra, good time to check out those new ones you have been wanting.

Concern, yes.: What you describe could be peau d'orange. This is a French term meaning "skin of an orange". It doesn't refer to the color of the skin. The cause can be anything from compressed lymph vessels to infection or cancer. I don't want to alarm you unnecessarily, but any kind of hardness or lumpiness of the breasts in a woman who's not breast-feeding needs to be examined by a physician.

Though breast change: Is more likely due to pregnancy, you should be having regular visits with OB to monitor your health and that of your baby. Show the skin changes to the doc. Call your OB today. The internet is not the place to get answers to this question. If your OB is available through HealthTap you might be able to show them photos, but an in office exam is the best option here. Good luck!
