A member asked:

I am facing reversal of lumber lardosis, muscular spasm. what kind of injury is this? solution plz.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Effect not cause: Reversal of the normal lumbar lordosis is a result of muscle spasm, not the cause. Muscle spasm results from muscle strain. Treatment consists of relative rest (NOT BEDREST!), temporarily avoiding the activity that caused the muscle strain, OTC pain medications, heat, gentle stretching and ice. If the problem persists, physical therapy will help.
