Possible: You are not likely pregnant but not impossible. Use ibuprofen and see if the cramping resolves. Get pregnancy test in about a month to make sure you are not pregnant. Remember unprotected sex always puts pregnancy as a possible outcome.

Unlikely : If you did not miss any pills chances of getting pregnant are slim to none. But when In doubt urin pregnancy test in your local drug store is very reliable.
