Yes: Women can get pregnant at any time during the cycle immediately before, during or after ovulation. The change in discharge generally represents a point in the cycle but it is not necessarily a predictor of fertility. Do not rely on just discharge to either prevent or plan a pregnancy since this can be very inaccurate. If you are trying to prevent pregnancy, get on an appropriate contraception
